We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Transport Scheduler to join our team based in our Harvey office. This position plays a key role in coordinating the safe, productive and reliable movement of our drivers and fleet.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend to various bookings following operational workflow.

* Plan and coordinate transport schedule routes for freight from customer sites and depot.

* Allocate drivers, vehicles and loads to meet customer and operational requirements.

* Communicate effectively with drivers throughout the day and provide support when schedules change.

* Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, changes and operational requirements.

* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and unexpected operational issues.

* Ensure transport activities are undertaken in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements and relevant legislation.

ABOUT YOU





* Prior experience in transport scheduling, logistics or fleet coordination preferable.

* Broad knowledge of Western Australia's geographical regions and associated logistical considerations.

* Solid time management skills and can confidently manage multiple competing priorities.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with drivers, staff and customers.

* Comfortable making decisions and solving problems when circumstances change.

* MR or HR licence preferable and willingness to help out with deliveries.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
