Disability Support Workers Wanted – Melbourne

Location: Sunbury, Gisborne, Macedon and surrounding areas

We are looking for reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

We are seeking motivated individuals who are genuinely passionate about supporting people with disabilities and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum availability of 2–3 days per week, including weekdays
- Fluent English with valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Full Australian driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Experience supporting people with disabilities, including ABI, epilepsy, autism, intellectual and physical disabilities
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing shifts




- Ability to work independently and professionally

Key Responsibilities

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation and domestic assistance
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate documentation
