Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Maribyrnong. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What we provide

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Day to day

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:





- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
