Casual / On-Call NDIS Support Workers

We're looking for energetic, compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team!

About the Role:

- Support participants with daily living tasks and personal care in their homes.
- Assist participants with community access, social participation and meaningful recreational activities.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with participants and their families.
- Implement strategies aligned with participants' therapy goals to support their independence and skill development.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Is friendly, empathetic, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Is active and physically capable of supporting participants with a range of activities and support needs.
- Has an understanding of autism, intellectual disabilities and diverse support needs.
- Has strong communication skills and is fluent in English. Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi language skills are highly desirable.




- Is versatile and available for casual/on-call shifts.

Essential Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Working rights in Australia.

Previous disability support experience or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential. We value the right attitude, willingness to learn and genuine passion for supporting others!

Pay: $36.22 – $45.28 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 15.0 per week
