About the Role

AAS Education Consultancy is seeking an experienced, Cantonese-speaking Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our Australia team.

This role combines hands-on migration case management with professional supervision, application review and compliance oversight. You will manage your own portfolio of migration cases while supporting our consulting team with case-specific advice, quality assurance and migration planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Migration Case Management: Manage cases across skilled migration (189/190), Hong Kong Stream (189/191), 485, student visas and GS assessments, parent and partner visas, and employer-sponsored pathways.
- Professional Supervision: Provide case-specific migration advice and supervise visa-related work handled by other staff.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Review applications, verify case details, oversee application preparation and conduct final checks to ensure compliance with relevant migration requirements.
- Education & Migration Planning: Support education consultants with migration planning and visa pathway consultations for students.
- Marketing & Business Support: Fact-check migration-related marketing content, support seminars and contribute to the development of compliant visa services and internal systems.

About You





- Current RMA registration in positive standing with OMARA.
- Proven experience independently managing Australian migration cases.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of migration legislation, case assessment and compliance requirements.
- Able to balance hands-on casework with professional supervision and quality assurance.

Experience across skilled migration, Hong Kong Stream, student, family and employer-sponsored visas will be highly regarded.
