About the Role

We are looking for a Landscape Gardener Supervisor to lead an installation team across Adelaide and surrounding areas. This hands-on role involves working alongside your team on turf installation, softscaping, hardscaping and irrigation projects. You will allocate work, train team members, monitor quality and site safety, and liaise with customers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervision: Supervising, allocating work to and training installation crews; checking the quality of completed work; ensuring site safety and WHS compliance; and liaising with customers on site.

· Planning: Preparing landscape plans and drawings, selecting materials and plants, and scheduling landscape construction work.

· Softscaping: Preparing seedbeds and growing sites, including cultivating soil and incorporating suitable soil improvements; preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil,



planting grass and laying instant turf; and planting trees, bushes, hedges, flowers and bulbs.

· Hardscaping: Setting out and constructing landscape features, including artificial turf surfaces, paved areas and walls, and integrating these with planted areas and other softscape elements.

· Irrigation: Determining irrigation system hydraulic requirements, including water pressure and flow rates; installing irrigation systems, including pipes, pumps and meters; and testing, maintaining and repairing irrigation systems.

· Tools and equipment: Operating, cleaning and maintaining tools, machinery and equipment safely and in accordance with Company procedures.

Any other duties reasonably directed by the Company that are within your skills, competence and training.

About You:

· A Diploma in Landscaping at AQF Level 5, or an equivalent qualification.

· At least four years of hands-on experience across a broad range of landscaping disciplines.

· Solid communication skills and a positive, empathetic approach to customer service.

· The ability to lead and support a team to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer outcomes.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
