Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Craigieburn Roxburgh Park

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Roxburgh Park. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay and super

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What you will do

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm




- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
