Brand Account Manager

Department: Production
Reports To: Head of Production and Director
Location: Fitzroy North, Victoria

We are searching for an experienced Brand Accounts Manager who will be primarily working closely with the Production Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with buyers, overseeing production orders and ensuring products meet agreed quality standards, specifications and delivery deadlines.

The candidate will be someone who can prioritize multiple tasks to meet their deadlines, ensuring effective communication and delivering smooth production processes and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently follow a Daily, Weekly and Monthly schedule of incoming/outgoing calls and emails.

- Coordinate our best sellers of the week and assisting buyers with relevant styles.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Negotiation with buyers and suppliers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate delivery updates.
- Liaise with Accounts regarding invoice and payments.
- Provide regular updates to management on order progress and outstanding issues.




- Ensure effective communication within internal departments.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in account management, fashion production or merchandising.
- Understanding of garment manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisation, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Experience with overseas suppliers and production costing is advantageous.

POSITION OBJECTIVES

- Maintain solid relationships with assigned brand accounts.
- Ensure efficient production coordination and timely order delivery.
- Maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Improve communication between customers and CKM's Production Department.

Pay: $67,400.00 – $136,000.00 per year
