So, what is a Studio Manager?

A Studio Manager combines leadership, commercial thinking and customer experience to run a SkinKandy studio like it's their own. This is your studio, your team and your results.

You'll own the full P&L;, lead and develop your team, drive sales and create a studio experience clients want to come back to. You'll set the standard for hygiene, presentation and service, and you'll be the one who makes it all happen.

If you have piercing experience, outstanding! If not, our Precision Piercing Program gives you the training and support to build your technical credibility and lead from the front.

What you'll do

- Take full P&L; ownership of your studio, from sales and margin to costs and performance
- Lead, coach and inspire a team that takes pride in getting the details right
- Train and develop your team, and build a culture people want to be part of
- Drive sales, conversion and client retention through an exceptional studio experience
- Set and maintain high standards of hygiene, infection prevention and studio presentation
- Manage stock and studio operations to keep things running smoothly
- Build your knowledge of jewellery, products and piercing through our Precision Piercing Program
- Make decisions, take ownership and grow your studio's results

You don't need previous piercing experience. We're looking for people who:

- Lead by example and take pride in themselves and their work
- Previous Store Leadership experience
- Think like an owner and take accountability for results
- Communicate confidently with team members and clients
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Are commercially minded and confident with numbers
- Want to build a genuine career, not just find a job
