This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, creating positive first impressions, and working in a professional corporate environment. About the Role As the Concierge Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception service Managing visitor access and sign-in procedures Assisting with enquiries and directing guests Monitoring the lobby and common areas Providing administrative and customer support as required Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
