Job Description:We're seeking a Technical Lead, known internally as a Staff Engineer, to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering modern retail technology solutions. This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy, ownership of technical strategy, and influence across our Stores portfolio. You'll partner with stakeholders, influence technical direction, align teams around a shared vision, and ensure technology solutions support the evolving needs of our stores and customers.What you'll do:Lead design and delivery of end to end applications (SQL/Data, APIs, services, UI)Own epics and act as Lead Engineer on medium-large initiativesDefine technical strategy and architecture across multiple domainsDrive DevSecOps, non functional requirements, and operability (performance, security, resilience)Take hands on ownership of complex features and services Partner closely with Vendors, Product, Platform, Infrastructure, Security,
