Radhekrishna66 Pty Ltd Key Responsibilities Determine and manage the range of racing and sports wagering services available at the TAB Midland outlet, monitor stock levels of betting materials and operational supplies, and establish service standards to ensure efficient retail operations and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies for the establishment, oversee the procurement of operational supplies, determine prices and service charges where authorised, and ensure TABtouch wagering odds, prices and promotional conditions are applied in accordance with approved policies. Plan, coordinate and implement promotional and advertising activities to increase customer awareness of TABtouch racing and sports wagering services, including managing in-store promotional materials, marketing displays and approved customer engagement initiatives.

Manage the sale and delivery of retail wagering services, provide customers with information and guidance on available betting products, wagering procedures and electronic betting facilities, and ensure customer enquiries and service concerns are handled professionally. Maintain and monitor accurate records of stock levels, betting materials, daily wagering transactions, cash receipts, customer payouts and financial reconciliations, ensuring effective inventory management, financial accountability and reporting procedures. Prepare, administer and monitor the outlet's operational budget, including staffing costs, purchasing expenditure, promotional activities,



equipment maintenance and other business expenses, while reviewing financial performance and implementing cost-control measures.

Oversee the recruitment, selection, induction, training and supervision of employees, allocate staff responsibilities, prepare work rosters, monitor employee performance and ensure staff maintain appropriate customer service, wagering operations and responsible gambling standards. Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies, conduct regular inspections of the retail premises, maintain a safe environment for employees and customers, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, security procedures and applicable wagering requirements. Qualification & Experience Requirements: AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) At least 1-3 year experience required.
