The Opportunity

Our client is a highly regarded boutique real estate agency located in the heart of Carlingford, known for its personalised service, strong local presence and experienced leadership.

With over 25 years of industry experience, the Principal has built an established reputation in the local market and is now looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to work directly alongside him.

This is not just another Sales Associate position. You'll be involved in the entire sales process, receive hands-on training and gain the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to eventually become a successful agent in your own right.





Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Conduct buyer callbacks and follow up on enquiries
- Attend and assist with open homes and private inspections
- Undertake warm and cold calling to generate new opportunities
- Prospect through door knocking and database management
- Assist the Principal with listing and sales campaigns
- Build robust relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Support negotiations and the sales process from start to finish
- Work closely with the Principal to grow the business and generate listings

What We're Looking For

- Previous real estate experience is advantageous, however minimal experience will be considered!
- A current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- A reliable car and driver's licence
- A confident, personable and professional approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to prospect
- Someone hungry to learn, motivated by success and eager to build a long-term career in sales
