Job Description

WA DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD. About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll make a real difference in our participants' everyday lives. Duties may include:

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation and light domestic tasks
- Community access – outings, shopping, appointments and social activities
- Supporting participants to build skills and independence
- Medication prompting (training provided)
- Completing accurate shift notes and reporting incidents

What You'll Need

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working

With Children Check

- National Police Clearance
- Current

First Aid and CPR certificates

- Full driver's licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support / Disability (highly regarded but not essential)
- Right to work in Australia
- A patient,
