Benefits Salary $75000 to $85000 Supportive and collaborative work culture Task & responsibilities Evaluating clients’ individual needs and designing, developing, and delivering appropriate educational, training, and support programs to enhance their wellbeing and independence. Conducting client interviews and assessments to identify the nature, severity, and impact of challenges affecting their personal and social circumstances. Regularly reviewing clients’ progress, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports on their development, outcomes, and ongoing support requirements.

Identifying clients who require specialised assistance and facilitating referrals to relevant organisations, service providers, and support agencies. Assessing community needs and identifying available resources and services relating to healthcare, social welfare, accommodation, employment, education, training, and other essential facilities. Collaborating with community organisations, welfare service providers, government departments, and private sector stakeholders to address community concerns and increase awareness of available support services and resources.





Providing guidance and assistance to families while supporting the education, care, and wellbeing of children and individuals with disabilities in residential care facilities, group accommodation, and government-operated institutions. Monitoring and supervising individuals subject to probation or parole conditions, ensuring appropriate guidance, support, and compliance with relevant requirements. Assisting young individuals in addressing social, emotional, and financial difficulties by providing practical guidance, counselling support, and access to suitable community resources.

Preparing funding proposals, resource allocation submissions, progress reports, and other relevant documentation for government authorities, funding organisations, and associated agencies. Qualification & experience AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
