The event will be held at the Ritz-Carlton in Perth CBD on Saturday 21st November. We ask that volunteers arrive at approximately 4:30pm for dinner and a short briefing, including instructions on using the EFTPOS machines and an overview of the evening.
Your primary role will be to assist with donations, auction/raffle payments and pledges. This may involve recording guest details and processing payments via EFTPOS. During the live auction, you may also help identify bidders at your table using a small bidding light provided on the night. We also ask that you assist guests as needed throughout the event.
Please wear black or formal attire, whichever you feel most comfortable in. The event is expected to conclude at 10:30pm
