We're looking for a confident, hands-on Team Leader/ Duty Manager to join our crew at Om Nom Nom Pizza & Pasta Bar. You'll keep the floor running smoothly, lead a small team and make sure every shift delivers the goods.
Key responsibilities
- Running day-to-day service and keeping the floor flowing
- Leading and supporting the FOH team during service
- Managing POS operations, orders, payments and customer enquiries
- Overseeing bar service and maintaining responsible service standards
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues confidently
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming venue
- Setting the standard for great service, teamwork and good vibes
About you
- Previous hospitality supervisory or duty management experience
- Confident using POS systems, managing orders and handling transactions
- Solid bar experience, including drink service and bar operations
- The ability to lead, support and motivate a small FOH team
- The confidence to manage busy services and think on your feet
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, initiative and a hands-on attitude
