STRAIGHTLINE LOGISTICS PTY LIMITED We, STRAIGHTLINE LOGISTICS PTY LTD, are seeking a responsible and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations, ensure vehicle safety and maintenance, coordinate transport activities, and improve operational efficiency. Task & responsibilities Organise vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, fuel supplies and fleet equipment. Monitor vehicle condition, registration, insurance and roadworthiness. Plan and coordinate transportation schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.

Liaise with customers regarding transport requirements, delivery arrangements and complaints. Coordinate vehicle allocation and driver schedules. Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance expenses and fleet operating costs.

Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare operational reports.



Arrange the collection and delivery of goods as required. Ensure goods are transported safely and in suitable conditions.

Ensure compliance with applicable workplace health and safety requirements. Qualification & experience At least 1 year of experience in fleet management or transport operations.

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport scheduling. Understanding of Australian transport regulations and safety requirements. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate drivers and manage daily operational tasks. Basic computer skills and record-keeping abilities. Relevant qualifications in management are desirable.
