About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Truck Sales Cadet in Arndell Park, NSW. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a driven individual looking to break into truck sales. With training, commission incentives and room to grow, this role is ideal for someone eager to learn, build customer relationships and achieve sales success.
Duties
- Assist with promoting and selling commercial trucks to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support the sales team with enquiries, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- Learn truck specifications,
features and suitable transport solutions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist with sales negotiations, quotations, and administrative tasks throughout the sales process.
Skills and experience
- Strong interest in sales, trucks and the automotive industry.
- Proactive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Previous experience in automotive or vehicle sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Current, clean driver's license and the ability to obtain a truck license.
