We are currently seeking either a part time (4 days a week) or full time Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team. This position, which is based in our Gold Coast office, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s commercial, industrial and retail assets and will play a large role in both the short-term cash flow and long term value of our clients’ assets.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants
- Regular phone and face-to-face discussions with tenants and landlords to achieve positive outcomes
- Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
- Assisting sales and leasing agents achieve the best results for landlords
- Conducting rent reviews, lease expiries and inspections
- Organising work orders, assessing quotes and tenders and following up on completed works
