About the role

You'll combine hands-on dental assisting with coordinating the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys responsibility and wants to play an important role in ensuring the clinical side of the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

- Providing chairside assistance across a range of dental and oral health procedures

- Coordinating clinical organisation, surgery maintenance and stock control

- Ordering and monitoring clinical supplies

- Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control

- Supporting and training team members

- Maintaining efficient clinical systems and workflows

- Providing occasional reception relief when required

- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the clinic

About you

- Has previous Dental Assisting experience





- Is confident chairside and understands clinical protocols

- Is organised, proactive and takes pride in their work

- Enjoys taking responsibility and supporting others

- Has strong attention to detail and initiative

- Is reliable, friendly and a strong team player

- Is comfortable assisting with reception duties when required
