About Anchor Homes

Anchor Homes has designed and built modular homes since 2005. We build in our own factory, design with our in-house registered architect, and deliver homes for residential clients, land lease communities and commercial customers across Victoria and Recent South Wales.

Modular is having its moment. Governments across Australia are now backing factory-built housing as a faster way to tackle the housing shortage. We’ve been doing it for over 20 years, and we’re growing with it.

The role

You’ll run your own portfolio of residential projects. Clients are handed over to you once they sign a pre-construction agreement, and you stay their main point of contact all the way to handover.

Before contract, you’ll:

- work with clients and our design team to land a design that meets the brief, the budget and the realities of building in modular

- coordinate engineering, surveys, planning and building approvals across Victoria and NSW, and the colour and specification process

- track the budget as the design develops, and bring options to the client early

- draft the building contract, present final pricing and get it signed

- release each project to our factory with complete documentation.

After contract, you’ll keep your clients informed through the build. You’ll manage variations, extensions of time and progress claims alongside our operations team.

Success here is measured by contracts signed each month,



and our bonus scheme rewards it. You’ll report to the Head of Pre-Construction. The role has no direct reports.

About you

- Experience in residential pre-construction, contracts or project coordination

- You can read a drawing set and spot what won’t work

- Working knowledge of the NCC and domestic building contracts in Victoria and NSW

- Contract administration experience, including variations, EOTs and progress claims
