We’re on the lookout for our next family physiotherapist!

Our team of 8 experienced physiotherapists are looking to add an 9th team member who wants to challenge themselves, whether it’s starting your journey as a physiotherapists or making a fresh change.

New grads are strongly encouraged to apply and if you've finished your placements and awaiting registration you have the option to join us as an AHA while we await your registration so you can begin to take on a caseload, whilst gaining hands-on experience and education from our team.

The role:

- Full-time or part-time options depending on what suits your lifestyle

- Flexible work hours between Monday-Friday 0800-1800 (our team do roughly 8.5 day fortnight’s).

- Primary location will be in our growing Richmond clinic as well as working alongside GP's in our Winmalee room and community caseload in the Hawkesbury and lower Blue Mountains

Remuneration:

- Above award salary depending on experience. Total package of $80,000-$95,000 (Salary + superannuation + travel allowances)

- Travel allowance OR company vehicle

- Phone, laptop and all other essentials provided

Development:

- Weekly 1.5 hour team professional development & weekly 60 minute one on one mentoring throughout your employment

- We offer WSU clinical placements so have established experience in providing learning opportunities and mentoring for willing learners

- Our team has nearly 100 years experience between us in various fields so your choice of mentor to suit your career focus and area of interest

- For new graduate applicants this role will include an initial period of shadowing,



increased mentoring and case reviews with low caseload before progressing within the first 3 months

- As we cover such a wide range of patients, the learning and development is continual and everyday provides something current and exciting

Most importantly, the people:

- Mix caseload of musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neuro, aged care and paediatrics and due to high demand for our team and strong reputation in the community we see everything in between

- Our referral sources include local GPs, word of mouth, rehabilitation at home programs (post-op), NDIS, aged care and workcover

- We are proud supporters and provide sports coverage for Deaf Football Australia, Goalball Australia & NSW, Kellyville Kolts Football Club, Hawkesbury Little Athletics and Springwood United Football Club so there's plenty of opportunity to get involved with these clubs.

- Needless to say our appointments are one-on-one, patient-centred so strong outcomes and patient discharge/goal attainment is the focus, not financial/sales based KPI's.

Essential requirements:

- Appropriate university degree (Bachelor, Masters or Doctor of physiotherapy or equivalent)

- AHPRA registration

- Professional & public indemnity insurance

- First aid

- Drivers license
