The Venues

The Bistro
In an environment designed to be as stunning as the food, our flagship bistro blends classic southern French techniques with the best regional produce. Here, experienced chefs, passionate waiters, and wine-savvy front-of-house professionals will work side by side with eager young talent, learning and growing together.

The Kiosk
Our kiosk is a vibrant hub for locals and visitors alike. Serving top-quality coffee and fresh kiosk fare to surfers, dog walkers, backpackers, and locals, the kiosk is fun, fast-paced, and community-driven.

Blind Tiger
Our intimate members bar showcases world-class mixology in a refined, creative environment. The team collaborates closely with the kitchen to reimagine classic cocktails and deliver elevated experiences. Discipline, creativity, and a strong work ethic are a must in this space.

Feu
