Performance Marketing Lead – Meta, Creative & Growth

We're an established Australian integrative hormone health clinic with our own laboratory, telehealth practitioners and health coaching services.

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Performance Marketing Lead who knows how to turn advertising spend into qualified appointments, conversions and profitable revenue.

We already have Meta and Google specialists, designers, developers and content support. We need someone who can lead the strategy, direct the team, make decisions and take ownership of results.

What You'll Own

- Lead paid acquisition strategy across Meta and Google, with particular expertise in Meta.

- Drive qualified leads, booked appointments, conversions and profitable revenue growth.

- Direct and approve creative, including hooks, ad copy, video scripts, offers and landing pages.

- Analyse the entire acquisition funnel, identifying and fixing conversion bottlenecks.

- Make informed budget and optimisation decisions to improve CAC and ROAS.

- Lead our existing marketing specialists, set priorities and ensure execution.

- Proactively identify problems, implement solutions and report clearly on performance.





What We're Looking For

- Proven, hands-on Meta advertising expertise, with a strong understanding of Google Ads.

- Demonstrated success growing lead-generation or high-value service businesses.

- Excellent creative judgement — you understand what makes advertising convert.

- Strong analytical and commercial skills across CAC, ROAS, attribution and sales conversion.

- Confidence managing specialists, challenging decisions and driving accountability.

- A proactive, results-driven operator who takes ownership without needing constant direction.

- Healthcare, wellness or high-value clinical services experience highly regarded.

This is not a branding or social media management role. We need someone who understands performance marketing from the first ad impression through to revenue.
