About the role

SolarNova is looking for an energetic, motivated and driven individual to join the growing sales team in Manly, Northern Beaches. Whether you have sales experience or come from hospitality, retail, customer service or another people-focused industry, we want to hear from you. Full sales and technical training will be provided to the right person.

Key responsibilities

- Connecting with homeowners through new enquiries and existing leads, primarily by phone from the Manly office

- Building rapport, understanding customers' energy needs and recommending suitable solar and battery solutions

- Presenting proposals, following up with customers, handling objections and confidently closing sales

- Learning the technical aspects of solar and battery systems while consistently meeting and exceeding sales KPIs

About you

- Ambitious, competitive, self-motivated and driven to achieve financial and career goals

- Strong work ethic, determination and a never-give-up attitude, even when facing rejection

- Confident, down-to-earth and able to build rapport with different types of customers





- Comfortable handling objections, following up consistently and turning opportunities into sales

- Curious, coachable, eager to improve and ready to take on new challenges

- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
