About the role

Move Mobility is seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service and retail specialist for our Bundaberg Showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks and will work closely with the Showroom Manager and team to achieve our ambitious goals. You will be responsible for helping to provide exceptional customer experience and build relationships with Clinicians & Healthcare professionals. This role offers outstanding development and progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Help grow the Move Mobility Showroom in Bundaberg that provides products, expertise and advice to health professionals and clients in the provision of equipment and healthcare solutions

- Implement systems, processes and procedures with a customer centric focus

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience

- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and answering queries

- Conduct Assistive Technology equipment trials with clinicians

- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product releases

- Ensure the retail space is well-presented, organised and stocked at all times





- Contribute to team objectives and participate in store meetings and training sessions

About you

- Proven retail experience with a passion for providing exceptional service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base

- Drive to continually learn about new products and services

- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and alone contributing to the overall success of the store

- Previous experience in the Health/Aged Care sectors will be highly regarded
