About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at our Hervey Bay location in a casual reliable Cook / Wait Staff / Bar Attendant / Kitchen Hand position. This is a casual role offering flexibility for those looking to balance work with other commitments. You will be part of a energetic hospitality team delivering excellent service in a bustling venue. The successful candidate will be adaptable, capable of working across multiple roles within our food and beverage operations, and committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and food preparation.

What you'll be doing

Cook

- prepare breakfast buffet

- placing orders with suppliers

- food safety and hygiene

- important - reliable and willing to work as a team

Front of House - Wait staff

- barista coffee

- clearing and cleaning tables

- attending to guests

- ability to work efficiently and high standard of customer service

Kitchen Hand

- assist cook





- prepare food

- food safety and hygiene

- reliable and hard working

Bar Attendant - RSA Qualified or Willing to Obtain

- bar and hospitality experience preferred

- cleanliness and stock levels

- punctual and well presented - happy disposition

- work as a team and be reliable

- excellent customer service

Overall

- Building positive relationships with colleagues and customers

- Contributing to a team-focused culture and supporting other team members during busy periods

- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
