Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking in a variety of kitchen stations, including seafood, fish and chips, snacks, and bar snacks.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high-quality standards.

- Collaborate with the head chef and to develop new menu items and specials.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,



adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods.

- Contribute to kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a chef in a seafood-focused establishment or similar environment is preferred but not required.

- Solid passion for food and seafood, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
