Transport Coordinator Looking to step off the road but stay in the transport industry? JK are seeking a Transport Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team. This role is ideal for an experienced truck driver, allocator or logistics qualified who enjoys problem-solving, customer service and keeping operations running smoothly.
Note: This role is to cover an extended leave period from December 2026 till April 2027. Working hours 7am-4pm
About the Role
Coordinate daily transport schedules and vehicle movements
Liaise with customers, drivers and subcontractors
Manage breakdowns, repairs and maintenance bookings
Provide delivery updates and resolve transport issues
Process timesheets and support monthly invoicing
Occasionally deliver trucks and vehicles when required

Job Requirements
HR Licence (HC highly regarded)
Robust understanding of transport operations and NHVR requirements
Positive knowledge of Victorian roads and routes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn current systems
Forklift licence advantageous
