Description

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team, working 25 hours per week across five days.

Your key responsibilities include:
Manage customer accounts and respond to accounts receivable queries.
Follow up overdue invoices and support debt collection activities.
Process and allocate customer payments across multiple currencies.




Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer records and process approved adjustments.
Support month-end reporting and identify prospects to improve processes.

Skills And Experiences

Desired skills and experience:
At least two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
Experience managing customer accounts, collections and reconciliations.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident communicating with customers and internal teams.
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience using an ERP system, ideally NetSuite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
