We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support a broad range of HR activities, help deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to effective, compliant HR practices.

About you
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
At least 2 years' experience in HR coordination or a similar generalist HR role
A sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and up-to-date awards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
A qualified approach to handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
Confidence using Microsoft Office and HRI systems
Experience in aged care,



community services or the not-for-profit sector, and knowledge of the SCHADS Award, will be highly regarded
The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, in addition to strong English communication skills, is desirable
