About the role
Pragma is seeking an experienced Signage - Maker & Fabricator to join our team in Mulgrave, Victoria. In this full time role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signage and visual displays to support our clients' branding and marketing needs.

What you'll be doing
Fabricate and construct a variety of signs using processes like aluminium fabrication; plastic fabrication; LED wiring and lighting; vinyl application
Use your proven skills to make and assemble signs
Aluminium welding an advantage
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support effective production
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safely and in a timely manner

What we're looking for
Proven experience in signage fabrication
An individual who can take the lead with projects and work autonomously when required
Strong practical skills in the use of hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality




Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
