Working under the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen, you will have a real passion for delivering a great food experience and a desire to grow and contribute to a well organised and cohesive team.

You will possess:
A relevant trade qualification, plus 2 years experience in a busy kitchen setting.
Experience delivering quality food standards in a quick-paced service workplace.
Experience in function/event service desirable.
The experience to model an example of excellence for others to follow.
A willingness to contribute to the creative process of menu planning & daily specials.




Experience working within the pressures of a high-volume restaurant or coffeeshop desirable.
Demonstrated understanding of food safety & hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work weekdays and nights and weekends.
