About the Role

As a Property Manager,



you will deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants while managing a residential portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
Building strong relationships with owners, renters and contractors
Maintaining accurate records and legislative compliance
Working closely with our supportive Property Management team

About You

You will be organised, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You will also have:
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to prioritise in a rapid-paced workplace
A current Drivers Licence
The ability to obtain a Property Representative Qualification
