About the Opportunity
An established and growing business is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team on an initial 2-month temporary assignment. This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on finance professional to support core reporting, budgeting and month-end activities while providing valuable financial insights to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end processes, including general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
Prepare monthly financial reports and analyse actual results against budget and forecast.
Provide financial commentary and insights to support business performance.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
Support year-end financial reporting and audit requirements.
Investigate financial variances and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making.

About You
Previous experience in a Management Accountant preferred.




Robust technical accounting skills, including month-end reporting and reconciliations.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running in a temporary assignment.
Multi site exposure preferred but not essential.

What's on Offer?
$60–$70 + Super per hour, depending on experience.
An initial 2-month temporary assignment.
Fully onsite role, with onsite parking available.
