What You’ll Do
Win more tenders and strengthen our position in the market
Coach your team to deliver accurate quotes, tenders and EOIs
Write standout submissions for major projects
Build strong relationships with customers and industry
Manage risk through pre-tender reviews, contract reviews and post-project audits
Manage pricing, product mix, margins and project costs
Work with Operations to make the most of our supply chain
Represent Boral at industry events

What You’ll Bring
A track record as a results-driven sales leader
Strong estimating, contract negotiation and project management skills
Construction industry experience
Sound commercial and financial judgement
Experience managing risk
