About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:
Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans.
Deliver staff and stakeholder training.
Provide coaching and implementation support.
Collaborate with participants, families, schools, support coordinators,



and providers.
Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices in line with NDIS requirements.
Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions as required.
Promote person-centred, evidence-based positive behaviour support.

What We're Looking For
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist)
Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, Nursing, Counselling, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team.
Current driver's licence and vehicle for community visits.
