The Opportunity

Cowrock Foods Melbourne is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Supervisor to support and lead daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and warehouse documentation
Supervise warehouse staff and support team performance
Ensure compliance with food safety, cold-chain, hygiene, and WHS standards :
Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse efficiency and processes

About You




Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse supervision or management
Experience in food, meat, cold storage, or hospitality supply chains is highly regarded
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Hands-on, reliable, and responsible leadership approach
Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory systems is an advantage
Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is an advantage but not essential

Salary & Advantages
Annual salary starting from AUD $75,000 + Super :
Final remuneration will be based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility
