Journey Early Learning Fernvale is seeking a capable Centre Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality early learning and oversee staffing and budgets. You will coach educators, shape the centre's culture and deliver compliant, engaging programs.

You will partner with Journey's support teams and lead continuous improvement while maintaining a protected, welcoming workplace for children and families. A Diploma or Bachelor in ECEC is required.
