ForHealth Group is seeking a Practice Nurse at our Southport Medical Centre for chronic condition management and preventative care. You will support GPs, educate patients, and help grow the CCM program in a team-oriented team.

We welcome Registered or Enrolled Nurses with AHPRA registration, and offer part-time or full-time flexibility, with prospects for internal progression and training within a supportive workplace.
