Colac Otway Shire Council in Victoria is seeking a proactive Property Officer for a six-month fixed-term, either full time or part time. You will manage leases, licences and property records, advise on property matters and support acquisitions while engaging tenants and agencies.

The role requires knowledge of property legislation, solid negotiation skills and organised, independent work; salary is pro rata with CSO benefits and a collaborative team environment.
