About the role

Stow Smash Repairs is seeking a highly organised and qualified Receptionist / Admin to join our team in our Artarmon, NSW office. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, skilled demeanour
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment




Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but is not necessary.
Previous experience preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
knowledge of cars ideal but not necessary

Pay: $49,900.00 - $82,113.92 per year
