Ms Allure is looking for a talented Receptionist & Administration Assistant to support our growing businesses Ms Allure and Ms Diva's House .

Ms Allure is a jewellery and fashion accessories retailer and wholesaler, while Ms Diva's House is a fashion clothing brand selling direct to customers. Our brands sell across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada , and we continue to expand both online and through events.

We are currently moving into a larger location in Point Cook , which will include two showrooms, a large office space, and warehouse operations . As a family-owned business operating for over 5 years , we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming workplace for both customers and team members.

The Role

This is a varied role combining reception, administration, customer service, and operational support across both brands.

Key Responsibilities
Managing front desk and reception duties
Assisting with invoicing and general administration
Packing and preparing online orders for dispatch
Supporting showroom customers and wholesale clients
Assisting with showroom sales events and customer promotions
Supporting pop-up events and retail activations across Melbourne




Assisting with event preparation and logistics
General office and administrative support as required

About You
Friendly, professional and well-presented
Passion for fashion and jewellery :
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organised with valuable attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment
Sales or retail experience is highly regarded
Able to assist at events and pop-ups when required
