Medical Receptionist - Permanent Part-Time / Casual
Key Responsibilities :
Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional manner
Managing appointments and patient bookings
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Processing payments and Medicare claims
General administrative duties to support the practice team
Essential Requirements :
Previous medical reception experience (general practice preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach to patients
Desirable :
Experience with medical software (e.g., Best Practice / Automed)
Knowledge of Medicare billing
