We are looking for Full time Baker/ Pastry Cook for our Bakery in Epsom, VIC. Positions are depending on your level of qualification and experience.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities, _
Prepare and produce bakery products to Bakery standards
Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and presentation expectations
Weigh, mix, and prepare doughs and fillings
Assisting the Head Baker with daily baking tasks
Preparing, washing, and lining baking trays and tins
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the baking area
Following recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality
Monitoring stock levels to keep our stores ready and well-supplied
Knowledge of baking, cooking and food is positive, having PASSION for it is essential!
What We’re Looking For, _
Trade-qualified baker or minimum 3 years’ baking experience (preferred) or 6 months experience in a production baking setting is highly desirable, however we are always willing to help and train someone with the right attitude!
Flexible availability across 7 days, including early mornings,



weekends, and public holidays
Written and verbal communication skills
