We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Mobilisation Administrator to join a busy and supportive workforce team.

You’ll help people through the onboarding and mobilisation process, coordinating everything from documentation and medicals to training, inductions and compliance. There’s plenty happening at once, so you’ll suit this role if you enjoy being busy, staying one step ahead and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time, office-based role.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating onboarding and mobilisation activities
Booking medicals and following up documentation, training and inductions
Keeping candidate and compliance records accurate and up to date
Staying on top of outstanding requirements and keeping things moving
Helping candidates navigate the onboarding process
Managing enquiries and keeping the wider team updated
Working across a range of recruitment and workforce systems

Experience in mobilisation, onboarding, recruitment administration or compliance would be a bonus, but solid administration skills and a great attitude are what matter most.
