Industrial Commercial Builder seeking Junior Contract Administrator Your recent company Hays has partnered with an established commercial builder specialises in the delivery of tilt panel warehouse and industrial projects across Australia. Known for their quality builds, solid pipeline, and collaborative culture, they are continuing to grow and are now seeking a motivated Junior Contract Administrator to support their project delivery team. Your new role Working closely with an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will play a key support role across multiple commercial construction projects. This is a junior opportunity offering hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle while still being responsible for core project administration duties. In this full-time role, you will support project teams to ensure all documentation, cost tracking, and coordination tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining project documentation and registers
Assisting with contracts, subcontracts, and variation tracking
Raising and processing purchase orders, invoices, and claims
Supporting cost tracking and budget control




Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
Ensuring compliance with company systems, safety, and documentation standards

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Project Admin / Construction Admin role (or similar)
Exposure to commercial construction projects (warehousing/industrial experience highly regarded)
Robust organisational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
