Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist with rental-car reservations
Handle inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Offer additional products and services to customers when appropriate
Keep the workspace clean, organised, and presentable
Complete administrative tasks as required

Requirements :
Previous customer-service experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy workplace




Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
Solid problem-solving abilities
Competence with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
Manual driver licence preferred
Must be authorised to work in Australia

Schedule
Full time, Monday to Friday
May include occasional on-call or after-hours work
