About the role

Head Dental Nurse providing expert chairside assistance during complex procedures (implants, surgery, or ortho, GA) and modelling high standards of patient care. You will supervise, mentor, and train junior dental assistants and run team meetings. You will oversee adherence to the latest Australian Dental Association (ADA) guidelines and relevant state/territory health regulations for sterilization and decontamination, manage dental consumable orders, equipment maintenance schedules, and supplier relationships, and assist practice managers with patient workflow and appointment coordination.
